Execution · Day 4 Of The 30-Day Reset

August 6 — The Bias Delivered.

The plan called it, word for word: sweep a low, then seek higher. Price swept the open low, inverted the First Presented FVG (the IFVG), and I took longs from inside the daily bullish array — exactly where the bias said the trade lived. First trim +108 points, runner delivered toward the highs. And the part that matters most: this is the payoff to yesterday. I stood down on a bad-fit day, kept the streak clean, and the very next session the patience got paid.

August 6 — FP FVG inversion long inside the daily bullish array
MNQ1! 1m · The 9:30 low got swept, the First Presented FVG flipped to support (IFVG), and the long delivered up through the BISI arrays toward the highs · SMT with ES confirmed · first trim +108 points
Textbook, and called in advance. We were inside the daily bullish array — the same one from the morning bias. Price swept the session low to grab sellside, the First Presented FVG inverted to become support, and that was the entry: long from the IFVG, aligned with the draw above. SMT with ES backed it. The sweep gave the trade — exactly the condition the bias required.
Why This Is Really A Three-Day Story
Broke the clock. Stood down. Got paid.
Look at the arc: Aug 5 — a good trade that broke the 11:10 rule, graded a slip. Aug 4 — a wrong-direction bias where I stood down and took nothing rather than force it. Aug 6 — the bias nailed it, the setup triggered clean, and I was patient enough to be there for it. The discipline days weren't the price of admission for today — they were the reason today happened. You can't take the clean A+ if you blew the account chasing the B-minus.
What I Got Right
Traded the bias I wrote before the open
Waited for the low sweep — didn't front-run
Entry was the IFVG, not a prediction
Inside the daily bullish array — no fighting the HTF
In before 11:10 — clock respected
Trimmed into strength, let the runner work

The Plan I Wrote
Posted Before The Open
"No shorts inside the Daily BISI. Manipulate a low at the open, then seek higher." The low got swept and price delivered up — the read played out clean.

Why Post The Wins Too
Same reason I post the losses and the no-trades: to show the whole process. A called bias that delivered is the receipt for the discipline that made it possible. No hype, just process.
