Higher — Only If It's Clean
The tone shifted: the weekly is pulling back and drawing toward a BISI ~29,200 below, so the HTF run has paused. Intraday there's a chance for a reversal higher — a dip into ~29,500 then up — but it's conditional. If we're going to see higher prices the delivery will be clean; if we chop around the overnight levels, probably not, and that's a stand-aside. Conditional day, not a conviction day.
Trade RecapAug 26, 2026
Wrong Bias, Right Trade — +6R
My morning bias was the exact opposite of what happened — I called a sweep of the lows then up, and instead price swept the highs and reversed down. A bias is a hypothesis, not a mandate: when the market did the opposite and handed me a clean setup the other way, I read it and took it. Stage: Reversal, entry LH CISD (indicator print). Swept the Asia highs + 1H BSL above midnight (true premium), CISD printed inside the 9:50–10:10 macro, delivered into the generated liquidity for a clean 1:6R. Graded A- (not A+) because we're inside a Weekly Bullish FVG. Fading your bias on outside noise is a mistake; adapting to the market's actual delivery is the skill. Day 18 / 30.

Bullish — Sweep The Lows, Then Up
Still bullish and back in alignment. We're inside a weekly Bullish FVG and a big daily bullish FVG — long context intact. Yesterday printed an inside candle, so expansion is due: expect today to be volatile. The path I want is a dip to sweep the PDL / sellside (~29,000), then a reversal up toward the PDH (~29,480). Bearish early, bullish where it counts — I'm buying the reaction out of the sweep, not chasing the dip. Let the lows go, wait for the shift, buy the reaction.
Trade RecapAug 25, 2026
Confusion Isn't Tilt
A red day, owned straight. Two losses — two trades I shouldn't have taken. I didn't come into the day with the clearest mind. Trade 1 was a bad long out of a 15-min gap we were rejecting from. Trade 2 wasn't a bad short setup, but I took it against my own bias — influenced by everyone on social media shorting into these bullish gaps, a play the data says has only worked ~1 in 7 times. But the losses were confusion, not tilt: no revenge, no chasing, no spiral. A cloudy head costs a couple of bad entries; tilt costs the account. Caught it, owned both, logged it. Day 17 / 30.
