October 12 — NQ Daily OB: Respect Or Break.

We've been respecting a bullish Daily OB for the last few days. Today I want to see if we respect it and deliver higher, or disrespect it and travel toward the EQL SSL. A sweep of the 4H SSL (maybe even the PDL) is my high-chance spot for longs.

Price is leaning toward the 4H SSL. If we get a sweep there, I see a high chance for longs back up.

1H1H — Could Even Sweep The PDL And Get Longs3 / 3

NQ 1H — 1H — Could Even Sweep The PDL And Get Longs

Zoomed in, price is under the Asia and London lows and heading for the 4H SSL. It could even go on to sweep the PDL and then get longs. The path I'm watching is a sweep first, then a move back up through the 12am open toward the PDH.

The One Thing To Respect

Direction being obvious is never the same as an entry being available. The Daily OB can hold or it can break, and I don't have to pick one before the market shows me.

My model enters on the reaction to the sweep, not on the direction being right. No sweep, no trade.
