Price is at all-time-high conditions, my least favorite to trade. A few things can play out: we chop higher, or we get a reversal from the highs back toward the 12am open. I'm probably sitting out today.

Price is pushing into new highs, well above the PDH and the London and Asia ranges. Two paths on my chart: a chop higher that keeps making new highs, or a reversal off the highs that sends price back down toward the 12am open. ATH conditions are my least favorite to trade, so I'm probably sitting this one out.

The One Thing To Respect

Knowing your worst conditions is part of the edge. With no old highs left above price, there's no clear level to be drawn to, and it can chop higher or reverse just as easily.

I don't need to trade every condition. Sitting out the conditions I like least is the plan working, not the plan failing.
