August 4 — NQ Short The Sweep Into The Gap

One idea today, and only one. Price is rallying up into premium with a single unfilled bearish array left overhead — the upper Daily SIBI (~29,300–29,400), which is also the draw on liquidity where the buyside rests. The plan: let price raid the BSL up into that gap, then short the reversal back toward the lower IFVG. The discipline: if price doesn't offer the short from inside the gap, there is no trade— we're too far in premium to chase. Posted before the open, judged after.

NQ 1D — Daily — The Upper SIBI Is The Array Of The Day

Price has rallied off the 27,200 low back up into premium. Two bearish daily gaps sit in this range: the lower Daily SIBI (IFVG) around 28,800–29,050, which price has already traded up through, and the upper Daily SIBI / Draw on Liquidity around 29,300–29,400. That upper gap is the only unfilled premium bearish array left overhead — and it's exactly where the buyside is resting. Short-from zone and the draw are the same spot. That's what makes it clean. Everything today is judged against how price treats that gap.

NQ 1H — 1H — Raid The BSL, Then Look For The Reversal

Zoomed in, the buyside liquidity is sitting at the highs just under the upper Daily gap. The plan is not to guess the top — it's to let price run up, sweep that BSL, and tap into the Daily bearish gap, then short the reversal back down toward the lower IFVG (~28,850) with the PDL (~28,350) as the extended draw. The sweep into the array has to actually happen. If price stalls and rolls over before taking the highs, that's not the model — that's front-running. Wait for the raid into the gap, then look for the shift.

The One Rule That Keeps This Honest

This is a reversal off a premium PD array, not a top-pick. The trade only exists if price sweeps the buyside and delivers into the Daily SIBI first. No raid into the gap means no confirmation, and no confirmation means no entry — full stop. If we're already sitting deep in premium with no clean array to short from, the correct action is to do nothing and let the day go. The gap gives us the trade, or there is no trade.
