September 30 — It Didn't Look Good, So I Didn't Touch It.

No trade today. I was barely on the charts, and what I did see didn't look good. No clean sweep, no clean draw. It did exactly what it looked like it would do: it chopped the entire session. Flat day, and that's the right result for a market with nothing to offer.

NQ / MNQ · chopped the entire session
No screenshot for this one. I was barely on the charts. When I looked, there was no clear draw and no clean sweep to react to, just rotation. The rest of the session confirmed it: chop from open to close. If you sat on your hands today, you read it right.
The Lesson
If it doesn't look good, it isn't good.
Some days the chart tells you right away there's nothing there. No sweep, no displacement, no draw worth trading toward. Chop isn't a setup.

The move is to recognize it early and protect your capital and your head for the day that does set up. A flat day in chop is a win for your process.

Why Post Every Day
Wins, breakevens, and the days I sit on my hands all get posted. The record only means something if it's complete. No hype, just process.
